GRACE

The Grace of God is the expression of his goodness toward the undeserving. Grace means unmerited favor of God. This grace is the basis of our salvation; in salvation men who deserve hell obtain heaven. This cannot be explained apart from Gods Grace. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23). Ephesians 2:8 says, For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.

Faith: Living by Faith

Since the beginning of creation, God has dealt with man in the area of Faith. If we will know anything about God we must first have faith. Faith enables us to trust God and believe the Word of God. Faith helps us to see what our natural eyes cannot. God is very pleased when we have faith in Him however God is not pleased when we don't. Hebrews 11:6 tells us that without faith, it is impossible to please God. Hebrews, the eleventh chapter shows us how men and women of faith walked before God and was blessed greatly by him. The Bible tells us that we are saved by grace through faith (we call that saving faith). God wants us to grow in faith, we must have more than just saving faith, we must have God pleasing faith. Below are more scriptures that will teach us how to operate in faith.
